However, there is a pet fee of $33/dog/night (before tax). Due to the fact that HomeAway/VRBO does not allow us to charge for more than one dog at the time of booking, please let us know if you will be bringing more than one dog, so that we can make sure that you are charged the correct amount. If you bring more than one dog and do not let us know, you will be charged accordingly. Furthermore, please bring crates for your dogs and crate them in your absence from the house, do not allow the dogs on furniture or beds, and pick up and properly dispose of their waste. If these rules are not followed, there will be an additional $200 charge added to your reservation. Please be aware that the house charges an extra person fee for each guest in the party after the first four. This additional fee is $27/guest/night (before tax). The satellite tv was not working and when we contacted the management company we were given the owner phone number. Called but no answer so we walked next door to their home. They were unable to help and told us to call dish network ourselves. When I relayed this to the management company they stated they would call the owners. Needless to say, nothing was resolved and we ended up leaving a day early. This could be a nice place to stay if it was maintained. There is absolutely no contact before arrival. Guest have no clue where to go or where to get keys. If something doesn’t work there is no one to help you.
