Laundry facility was broken down the entire time of a five nights stay. Upon arrival, the two ladies at the check-in counter were very kind, polite, and hospitable. They did a super job at Customer Service. Housekeeping was fine."

Just felt shabby. Breakfast was lackluster. Parts of the property itself is really beautiful in a special way. But I didn't have a room in the garden area. The best thing about the place was the staff was really nice."
