Two twin beds in second bedroom. Full bathroom has tub and shower. Central Heat and Central A/C, washer, dryer, TV, Wi-Fi. Enclosed Outdoor Shower. Parking for 2 cars. Large Deck with table and chairs, surrounded by beautiful Hydrangea bushes. Gas grill. Dog friendly! Partial ocean view of Nantucket sound. Walk on Harbor Village's sandy private footpath, along a tidal estuary to Ocean Avenue Beach and Keyes Beach on Nantucket Sound. A 3-minute stroll on the footpath to the beaches. A third beach, Hyannis Port Beach, is 200 yards from the entrance to Harbor Village. Set up your own beachhead to sun, picnic or watch the sailors on Nantucket Sound. The summer water temperature on the Sound averages 70 degrees. This is a privately owned cottage in Harbor Village, which has onsite management and free linen service. All linens are provided, including sheets, blankets, pillows and pillowcases. The bathroom is stocked with bath towels and washcloths, bar soap, TP and a hair dryer. Extra towels and washcloths are available free at the cottage supply shed next to the office. You will need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. There is an iron and ironing board. Laundry detergent for the washer. In the kitchen, the cottage has paper towels, a bottle of dish soap, a dish towel, and a pot scrubber, Dishes, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, wine glasses, lobster pot. The coffee maker is a drip coffee maker and we provide the filters but not the coffee. Please bring a bag of your favorite ground coffee. Free daily trash pick-up from outside your front door each morning. Cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during the peak season, June 20 to September 5\. Two-night minimum stay between May 1 and June 20 (includes Memorial Day weekend), and between September 5 and October 31 (Includes Labor Day weekend and Columbus Day weekend). Harbor Village is truly a unique one-of-a kind jewel on Cape Cod. It is a quiet, secluded compound of 21 Cape style cottages on a 17-acre private parcel studded with pine trees, and a private sandy path leading to two ocean beaches. We are located on the south shore of Cape Cod at the edge of Hyannis Port, within walking distance of the Kennedy compound. If you follow of our footpath to the beach, there are also sidewalks on Ocean Ave and Sea Street that go all the way to historic Main Street in Hyannis. Harbor Village is the perfect location for your Cape Cod vacation. There is no other place on the Cape that has the quiet solitude of Harbor Village, while also providing the excitement of all of Cape Cod’s attractions nearby. The Cape Cod Melody Tent, and Historic Main Street in downtown Hyannis with shops, restaurants and pubs, are less than a mile away. Take the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard from Hyannis Harbor, one mile from our Harbor Village entrance. Hyannis is considered to be "The Capital" of Cape Cod. If you stay for a week in any other town on the Cape, you will find yourself driving in Cape traffic to Hyannis nearly every day of your vacation, because Hyannis is where all of the action is, and it has some of the best beaches in Massachusetts. Very well decorated and well maintained. Beautiful hydrangeas surrounding the deck which made it so relaxing & tranquil. The house has everything you need. So close to multiple beaches. Craigville Beach is 7 minutes away & beautiful. It was such a wonderful vacation spot. Having our dog with us was also a wonderful addition. The cottage was in a quiet location but close enough to downtown Hyannis, so we were only minutes away from restaurants and shops.Scott was a fantastic host, offering great tips and local recommendations.The cottage is dog-friendly, and Scott even provided furniture covers so our pup could nap in a comfy spot.Linens and towels, including beach towels, were included, and we appreciated having a washer/dryer in the cottage. We spent as much time as possible on the deck and loved being within walking distance of the beach. The cottage and the outside areas were all very clean and well kept. This cottage has central air, which was very welcoming after a long day at the beach or walking in town. The outdoor shower was also great after being at the beach. Beds were very comfy and there were plenty of pillows and blankets. The washer/dryer also came in very handy. Main Street and all its restaurants and shops was only about a 25 minute walk. Parking in town was tough, so we opted to walk most of the time. The beach was a short 5 minute walk from the front door and our girls loved heading down to sit by the water each night. The small path does come out right onto the road, so if you have pre teens or littles ones I would recommend an adult accompany them at least to get across that. The small private beach is not groomed, but that left plenty of shells and rocks to find. Just past the smaller beach is Keyes beach which was well groomed and not too busy most of the time we were there. The water is pretty calm and would be perfect for smaller children. Our girls enjoyed the bigger beaches in the national sea shore for using their boogie boards and swimming. Overall a great stay! Would definitely book again. ##### Samantha M. The charming Cape style house had a beautiful garden, huge porch, and a nice size living area and bedrooms. It was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. We loved being able to borrow beach chairs and toys and were walking distance to Keyes Beach. Also walking distance to some of the most quaint Hyannisport neighborhoods and Kennedy Compound. The management team was extremely helpful and accessible, and let us borrow a pac n play and high chair.
