The house is conveniently located near several nice beaches, tennis courts, the charming town of Hyannis, loads of restaurants, and the Nantucket ferry. In fact, you really don’t need a car once you arrive. The house is spacious and has lots of common space for board games, puzzles, meals, or work. Outdoor space is perfect for meals, morning coffee, or cocktail hour. The kitchen is well equipped, and the host does a good job of stocking it with staples. It was right in the center of Hyannis, walking distance to all the best places in the area and right next to the port. The beach pass the owners left for us made it even better!! We would love to stay here again in the future. Only thing we noticed was the curtains and floor boards in the downstairs living room had baby spiders throughout, but this was something we easily ignored and avoided, and it did not hinder our stay in any way. We also enjoyed a half day whale watching trip (approx. 15 min drive) which was enjoyable and scenic. The property host was a good communicator, and the keyless entry made the check in/out process easy.
