"Your seaside sanctuary: Where Cape Cod charm meets coastal bliss!"

Discover this amazing four bedroom, three bath spacious home with many updates located on a quiet dead end street and minutes walk to the beach. This non-smoking home has central A/C, Wi-Fi, gorgeous hardwood floors, ceiling fans throughout the house, lots of natural light, and accommodations for 8 guests all on one level. The sunroom gives marsh views across the street and you can smell the ocean with the windows open. The large sunken master bedroom offers a KING size bed, double mirrored closets, and flat screen wall mounted TV. There is a full bath with tub/shower directly across the room. The second bedroom has a KING size bed, third bedroom has a QUEEN size bed and fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 FULL size bunks! These are all adjacent to a full bathroom with tub/shower. BONUS game room in the lower level with a Ping Pong table, Foosball, TV sitting area, laundry area and a bathroom with walk-in shower!! BBQ your meals on the spacious rear sundeck with a gas grill and plenty of space for backyard games! There is also a front brick patio where you can lounge in Adirondack chairs and breathe the ocean air! Beach pass is included for summer rentals only! Please bring your own bedding and towels, which are not included during the stay.

Great place

We had a wonderfull time at Kristiés house. The house is very well equiped, confortable and very clean. We were a group of 6 and everyone had is quiet corner ! Walking distance to a smal beac and close to other one in the area. Kristiés is very easy to reach and very helpfull when needed. We surely be back on day !

Very nice cottage

The cottage is very confortable, well situated, clean and very well equipped. Spacious rooms, private yard and a large terrasse in a quiet neighborhood. Confortable mattresses, a lot of kitchen and other supplies. A closed sunroom, off the kitchen and dining room, is perfect for a youngsters playroom, especially in the morning, when some like to sleep a little later. The owner Kristie was very fast in responding to our questions, and had a new table sunbrella delivered in two days, after she found out it was broken. We had a great time!

My husband, his parents and myself stayed at the property, using it as a base for daily trips to local communities throughout Cape Cod.The property was spotless, well maintained, very quiet and allowed us the space we needed as we planned for outings and to relax in when we returned after. The instructions from the host were very good and the few questions I had were responded to quickly when I sent messages. I’d recommend this property for anyone looking for a spacious accommodation which is well appointed for children (though there were none in our party). The pics online are 100% accurate and reflect the property as we enjoyed it. Thanks to our host!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s close to Main Street in Hyannis and the Keyes beach is a walkable distance. It’s on a very quiet dead-end street. While the house lacks curb appeal, it more than makes up for it with a beautiful, spacious and comfortable interior and lots of natural lighting. The deck is also a great place to enjoy a morning coffee or even a dinner at home. Our only complaint is that there were a few tick-tacky things that took away from our experience. The house doesn’t come with any sheets or towels, even dish towels. At least we were informed about that in advance and lugged our own. The bathrooms lacked bath soap, shampoo and conditioner so we had to get them for each of the bathrooms after we discovered that none was provided. And the guests are expected to provide toilet paper. We were fortunate that the previous guest left a few rolls for us.

Quiet Cape Cod home

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here in Hyannis. The house was clean with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The basement playroom was very chilly but we had fun playing ping pong and foosball. Loved all the board games and puzzles too. The location was perfect for visiting the beach and local restaurants. The yard was beautiful with abundant spring blossoms. We would stay again!

Off Season Weekend

We came up to Hyannis to attend a family member's participation in a hockey tournament nearby. The house was wonderful and conveniently situated. We took walks to the beach and around town and spent quality time together at the house between tournament games. All-in-all, a great weekend!

Great home to rent

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Spacious, clean, and very quiet! Walking distance to the beach and town. The owners were kind enough to provide a beach pass which was a plus (parking is $25/day) so we took advantage of the beaches (several to choose from) on a daily basis. Communication prior to our trip was responded to immediately. We will definitely book this home again when returning to the Cape!!!!

Wonderful house. All one level. One large master bedroom separate from the rest which was perfect for our family. Two areas for sitting. 4 season room for kids with games or reading. Large living room. Game room in basement. Well stocked with spices dishes and pans for cooking. Outdoor grill and large deck. Chairs and umbrella for the beach! This house had everything! Fans in every bedroom to keep you cool! 3 full baths! Absolutely loved this house and we’ve stayed at a few over the years!

Family vacation

Vacation ion with Wife, Son, Daughter in law, and two grandchildren. Veterans beach was perfect for the kids and a very short ride. Took oldest Grandson on first party boat fishing and Pirate adventure at harbor. Main Street was nice to stroll at night and only a short drive away House had a good layout for us and was in a quiet area We had an issue with ants invading the front bedroom on our day before checkout. They were in luggage and on beds. House manager had exterminators there that afternoon Overall good house We did a lot of activities outside of the house, trip to Boston for Red Sox game, whale watching, fishing, pirate adventure and beach.

Clean and more spacious than the pics show. Only complaint was I brought twin sheets and the bunks are full size bunks. Great that they are full but I think listing says they are twin.

Worked great for us. Lots of space, clean and functional. Only ding is that the third bathroom is downstairs away from all the bedrooms. Would have been nice knowing that going in. Also, we didn't notice that linens were not included until last minute. Recommend you put that info in bold on your listing.

Great location

We had a great stay at this property. Location could not have been better. It is on a quiet road walking distance to Main Street and Keyes Beach. Keyes beach was perfect for little kids, especially during low tide. It’s rocky though so bring water shoes! The house was clean and well stocked. I only wish it had an outdoor shower.

Fabulous rental!

Our family had a wonderful time in this lovely updated home with lots of room for 7 adults and one 2 year old. The kitchen was well-stocked with a great supply of dishes and utensils. We were thrilled to find beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys and a beach cart. The beach was a close walk away for some of us and the beach pass was so appreciated for use with the carload that included the 2-year old. We highly recommend this property and appreciated the timely responses to our questions from the property owner.

Stetson home

The property was clean and roomy, great kitchen and sun room. Our grandson enjoyed the available toy collection, and we had fun playing ping pong. The location was great - close to everything we wanted to see. A few items in need of repair: There was moisture on the floor around the foosball table, the door in the bathroom behind the kitchen did not close, and there was no lighting in the basement bathroom. Overall, we had a nice stay.
