Ideal for couples, this new stand alone studio has a modern kitchen and bathroom, laundry facilities, bbq area, free WiFi and a 55" 4K TV. The deck is north facing with extensive water views. It is literally two minutes walk from the beach. It captures warm sun in winter and cool afternoon breezes in summer. Hyams Beach Eco Cottage is solar powered, uses solar hot water and rainwater for the washing machine and toilet, doing its bit to preserve the beautiful environment in which it is set. For the more active guests you have access to the Scribbly Gum and White Sands walking tracks in beautiful Jervis Bay National Park. You don't have to go far to enjoy the wildlife with birds feeding on the deck and kangaroos visiting the property regularly. The Hyams Beach Cafe/Restaurant is a short walk away. Guests have exclusive access to the studio and BBQ area. Off street parking is available at the top of the driveway.The steep driveway is not suitable for wheelchairs or for people with significant mobility issues. The balcony gets sun nearly all day which was great in the cooler weather and it all has sea views. The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything you needed for a few days stay.
