Located in beautiful Hyams Beach, Jervis Bay, Akora Cabin epitomises minimalistic beach-chic. It oozes relaxation and style, and is perfect for couples or single travellers who want to relax, unwind, and connect with nature. The Hyams Beach cafe and two beautiful beaches are within easy walking distance as well. Please note: \- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. \- Akora Cabin is an adults only accommodation. Summer Season 26/27 (18 December to 21 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. It is a very short stroll to the café and just a few minutes' walk to the famous Hyams Beach, world renowned as one of the beaches with “the whitest sand in the world”. Why choose Akora Cabin? This generous tiny home features a large deck and two separate outdoor areas with daybeds and outdoor dining and BBQ area. Surrounded by a canopy of trees, the sounds of the ocean provide the perfect atmospheric backdrop for relaxing and enjoying the natural beauty of the area. Akora Cabin is perfectly located! Hyams Beach is perfect for swimming, snorkelling or simply sunbathing. Hyams Beach is the ideal vacation spot for anyone seeking some of the best bright, clear, azure waters Australia has to offer. How is the property laid out? This tiny home is luxury designed with comfort in mind, offering modern amenities such as high speed internet, smart TV and sound bar, a fully equipped kitchen with a luxurious bathroom and laundry. The bedroom features a generous queen-size bed with the cabin accommodating up to two guests, making it an ideal spot for a romantic couples getaway. Wi-Fi and streaming services - will I have them? Complimentary Wi-Fi is available and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. Please note that neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that Wi-Fi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. There is a large deck and two separate outdoor areas with daybeds and outdoor dining and BBQ area. The outdoor area is very private and is surrounded by a canopy of trees. When entering the driveway from the road, parking is immediately on the left hand side of the driveway. Cabin parking for one car is available on the grass area to the left of the wooden fence (street-facing side). Please do not park on the concrete to the right of the wooden fence as this space is allocated to Akora House. Important: The main concrete driveway is a right of way to both Akora House and Akora Cabin and must be kept clear at all times. Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay? The cabin is nicely furnished with all modern conveniences. The bathroom is excellent with good hot water and good quality towels. The cabin is designed for only 2 occupants sharing one bed and is quite adequate for that. When we arrived we went to put the electric jug on for a cup of tea. My wife emptied the jug and brown water came out. On investigation there was a brown sediment baked on to the heating element inside the jug. It appears to have been used by a previous occupant to heat something like gravy. The gunk could not be removed with the cleaning utensils and products available. I telephoned the agent and was promised a replacement jug - it never arrived - so we had to boil water in a saucepan to make tea. This was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from our overall satisfaction with the accommodation. My only other criticism is the parking space allotted to the occupants of the cabin. There was a large group occupying the adjacent Akora House and they had 3 or 4 vehicles in the drive. This made reversing our car out of a tight space quite difficult.
