With a plot of 1700 square meters and a house area of 70 square meters, there is plenty of space to enjoy both indoor and outdoor life. The house has the capacity to accommodate up to 4 people, making it perfect for a small family or a couple who want to spend time together. There are two comfortable bedrooms, both with double beds, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, including underfloor heating, a shower and a toilet, which provides a comfortable experience. For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. It includes a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 10 liters. There is also a coffee machine, so you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning. The open kitchen and living area create a welcoming atmosphere, where you can relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.
