The space Our private 2 bedroom basement apartment of 850 sq ft, has been freshly renovated to create a stylish space and modern feel. You will have ample room to gather with family and friends to make memories you can cherish for a lifetime. In our large living room, accented by stunning art pieces, you will experience a light, airy ambience while you sink into our white leather sofas to relax with Netflix on our huge smart TV. Or curl up with a blanket while you read a good book in front of our cozy electric fireplace. In each of our tastefully decorated bedrooms, you’ll get a restful night of deep sleep on our luxurious King sized beds. We also have bedding for an additional 5th person to sleep on our sofa, and a good twin inflatable mattress for the 6th person. We have a complimentary washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience with laundry soap and softener sheets. Make yourself at home in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast—refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker, bottled water, as well as cooking utensils and dinnerware. If you like, toss some steaks onto our outdoor gas grill, and enjoy dining around our patio table surrounded by our signature flower garden. Or enjoy a cup of coffee while lounging in a lawn chair. In front of our house, you’ll find free street parking available with space for up to 4 vehicles. Our keyless entry will give you easy access anytime of day or night, and will be customized for you to make your stay secure. Lil's place was as pictured/described with plenty of space and privacy. We found exactly what we were looking for with this property. Quite neighborhood just minutes from the fairgrounds. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax. The coffee bar was an added bonus in the morning and the fresh made brownies to welcome us was a nice treat also. My husband really enjoyed having his coffee on the back patio each morning too. The owners checked in on us through VRBO a few times to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We will for sure book here again if ever back in town. I especially appreciated the multiple devices phone chargers in every room. White noise machines in the bedrooms. Snacks and water bottles. Just be aware it is in a basement so if stairs are an issue you may want to find another place. I would stay again. ##### Laura E. The property was extremely clean and a very quiet place to stay. The hosts were so friendly and great at communicating- the brownies were a welcome treat too!
