The screened in porch on first floor had everything you need for the beach and the pool (chairs/towels/toys/beach cart/floats). Size was perfect for 2 couples and a child. « The kayaks and paddle board provided fun for our family on the water, and the thoughtful equipment offered (life vests of all sizes, fishing gear, sand toys) made our time easier to enjoy. The few issues with the outside areas were addressed in quick response by the owner. Great communication! »

« This property was more than enough room for our family of 8. My daughters really liked having the 3rd floor to themselves complete with their own bathroom. The renovations that were done on this house were very tasteful. All of the furnishings were well thought out and work very well throughout the home. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area! »
