✨ Completely remodeled with modern design and comforts, we have lovingly updated these classic 1970s cabins into a one-of-a-kind beach retreat mere steps from the ocean. At the South Coast Sandcastles our thoughtfully designed space offers everything you need for a relaxing and memorable getaway, blending convenience, comfort, and style.  
  
✨ Welcome to the third cabin within our Huskisson compound, tucked away at the rear of the property. This location provides the most shade and seclusion for your comfort and privacy, with serene views of the bushland behind the property. Perfect for couples, families, or small groups.

Inside the Cabin:  
  
→ Open-Plan Living: The lounge, dining area, and gourmet chef’s kitchen feature Bosch, Smeg, and Marshall appliances, making it a joy to cook and socialize.  
  
→ Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and one bedroom with two single beds (convertible into a queen bed upon request), each with quality linens and dual-zone electric blankets for added comfort as well as individual bedroom fans for the summer.  
  
→ Bathrooms: A full indoor bathroom with a shower/bath combination and complimentary high-end toiletries, plus a secondary bathroom just outside the back entrance, complete with a washing machine, dryer, and an additional toilet and sink.  
  
→ Heating and Cooling: Nobo radiant heaters keep you cozy in winter, while air conditioning ensures comfort during warmer months.  
  
→ Secondary bathroom is conveniently situated just outside the back entrance, featuring a washing machine, dryer, and an additional toilet/sink

→ Dining and Relaxation: An outdoor dining space equipped with Rinnai heaters, a Webber gas BBQ, and a stainless steel fire pit with a grill for cooking (BYO wood or charcoal).  
  
→ Beach Convenience: An alfresco outdoor shower provides a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach.  
  
→ Pet-friendly amenities: This cabin welcomes pets but does not have an enclosed garden. The only one of our cabins with a fenced garden is Shell House

Our hosts Alex & Maddi were wonderful in making sure our trip was hassle free and made us feel really welcome. Our cabin was so comfortable, with everything we could need for our beach getaway. So well located, only a stroll to the beach or one of Huskisson delightful pubs or cafes.

What a nice property. We had a wonderful and relaxing 5 days in the porpoise cottage. Everything has been carefully considered from the charming vintage decor down to all of the small things needed - is there a ?? ...... nothing had been missed. Our two dogs were welcome, and just 2 blocks from a dog friendly beach with coffee ... Thank you !
