However, Red Sands was patient, kind, understanding, and very accommodating in assisting us with moving to an equivalent property within about 10-15min of this one and had a fantastic community pool! I cannot praise Courtney enough with how patient she was in helping us move the reservation even as I had dropped calls and intermittent texts as we drove through the mountains to get there! The location was only about a half hour from Zion. The space was great. Loved the upper deck for chillin. We took advantage of the hot tub after the hikes. It was nice to dine outside on the patio. Kids and adults loved the pool, lazy river and hot tub. It was close to mountain biking and hiking. It had all we needed to cook a thanksgiving meal. We were able to return a Boise Brave bike helmet found on the trail unexpectedly to the people in the unit next to us. ##### Genie W. This is our third trip to Zion and second time staying at this complex (first time we stayed in a different unit) and we just love everything about Zion Village Resort! This house was perfect for our stay. We went to visit a few national parks in the area and were very happy with the central location to the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon! The home itself is beautiful and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
