Step inside this inviting Hurricane retreat and discover a cozy blend of comfort and style. The heart of the home is the well-appointed kitchen, where rich, dark cabinetry contrasts beautifully with gleaming stainless steel appliances and expansive countertops. Whether you're brewing your morning coffee with the Keurig/drip combo or gathering around the counter seating for three, the kitchen exudes warmth and practicality. Just beyond, a dining table for six offers the perfect setting for family meals or game nights, framed by soft lighting and the soothing tones of the desert landscape just outside your window.  
  
The living room invites relaxation with a plush couch and loveseat arranged around a crackling fireplace and a smart TV—ideal for movie marathons or quiet evenings in. This home comfortably sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.  
  
Bedroom #3 includes 2 sets of twin-over-queen bunk beds, 2 twin size trundles, and a smart TV.  
  
This home includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Whether you booked your vacation at one of our brand-new Terra Resort Properties or one of our beautiful Coral Springs Resort condos, enjoy amenities at both resorts that are within walking distance! At the Terra Resort enjoy a brand-new waterslide, lazy river, and giant hot tub! At the Coral Springs Resort, enjoy a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, half basketball court, full work out facility, and club house!  
· Washer and dryer in home.  
· Parking garage is available for 2 vehicles. This is a tandem space so two cars fit bumper to bumper.  
· This home is pet friendly with a two-pet maximum. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to this home. There is an additional pet fee of $35 per pet, per day. Please contact Customer Care to have this fee added and avoid fines.  
· Portable crib & high chair available.

#### Beautiful Place / Great Family Vaca

We all so enjoyed this beautiful condo with fantastic views and amenities!! So appreciate how well the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked and set up. The patio area is perfect and so spacious for many to enjoy! The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were great fun!Thank you !!We will be back!
