Our only issue was it was a little warm sleeping because the cool air doesn't reach the lofts and we even had a fan. Also I would add in the welcome/instruction booklet (which was very helpful) where/how to dispose of trash. I skimmed through multiple times and did not see that, but we asked and were responded to quickly. Thank you for your hospitality! ##### Stephanie L. Pros - very clean, comfortable beds, central location if traveling between Zion/Bryce/Grand Canyon, nice views from top deck. Pictures on listing are accurate. Cons - poor communication with host (check in process was not smooth, never received lock box code to access keys, and could not reach host; also host never checked in at all during rest of stay); the house is next to a busy road with steady traffic all night; shower water pressure was very low.
