New townhomes are being built. \*\*\*There are 5 security cameras located on the outside front of the property. Two are located on the front of the house facing the garages. One is pointed at the pool equipment on the side of the house. The other two are located in the backyard pointing at the backyard. All are activated by motion. \*\*The backyard is shared with 1 other unit. But you will have unlimited access to the backyard pool, hot tub and fire pit. \*\*Unless there are extenuating circumstances all pools are heated to 80 degrees and the hot tubs to 102 degrees year-round. \*\*\*We are located in the town of Hurricane. Named rightfully so since the wind does tend to blow pretty good some days. \*\*\*We do our absolute best to keep the property and surrounding yard clean, well-maintained, pest-controlled, and in good working order for each guest's stay. Despite our best efforts, there may be an occasional critter sighting inside or outside of the house such as: ants, spiders, moths, flies, mosquitos, and cockroaches. Outside in the yard, you may also see birds, rabbits, snakes, scorpions, lizards, squirrels, mice, and bats. We had a funeral to go to in Hurricane and we’re able to book this place last minute for all us siblings. The kids loved the heated pool and the bunk room. We were gone dancing the majority of the day, but it was so perfect in the nights and evenings to hang out by the pool and in the kitchen. We spent last weekend at Elements Zions Village, the Water House and had an amazing vacation!! This home is gorgeous, with attention to detail. The kitchen was great, included a 8 qt Instant Pot and Crockpot, plenty of dishes and silverware, a large table. The living room has 2 large couches and 2 chairs. The bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds, 2 cots and sofa sleepers. The teens enjoyed the bunkbed room. We had a very large group who spent lots of time in the warm backyard pool and hot tub, despite the freezing temperatures outside. There were plenty of pool towels for our group. The kids enjoyed the pool floaties, lifejackets, goggles, and the swimming pool basketball game. We enjoyed playing cornhole, mini golf, bowling, and sitting by the pool. The backyard has it all! The garage has air hockey and a ping pong table, that were hits! Our kids alternated between the amazing clubhouse pool and hot tub, (which were amazing) and our own private pool. The clubhouse has a pool table, foosball table, and workout room which was thoroughly enjoyed by the teens and children. The guys went jeeping in Sand Hollow, which is a short drive. We all agreed this is one of our favorite VRBO's, and can't wait to return! Jamie (and her husband) were very attentive to our needs when they arose. They went above and beyond to accommodate our large group which we appreciated! ##### Michelle B. Plenty of space. Very nice yard. Ping Pong in the garage was a blast. Very nice to have a hot tub and pool in the back yard. Plenty of outdoor entertainment for the kids and adults.
