We're also a short drive away from St. George, which is located near the border of Utah and Nevada. Our property's central location makes it one of the perfect vacation rentals St George visitors deserve. It’s truly a perfect paradise. There's also WiFi and Hulu TV to help you stay connected. \*\*\*There is some construction going on in the neighborhood to the south of the home. New townhomes are being built. \*\*\*There are 5 security cameras located on the outside front of the property. Two are located on the front of the house facing the garages. One is pointed at the pool equipment on the side of the house. The other two are located in the backyard pointing at the backyard. All are activated by motion. \*\*The backyard is shared with 1 other unit. But you will have unlimited access to the backyard swim spa, hot tub, and putting green. \*\*\*Unless there are extenuating circumstances all pools are heated to 80 degrees and the hot tubs to 102 degrees year-round. \*\*\*We are located in the town of Hurricane. Named rightfully so since the wind does tend to blow pretty good some days. \*\*\*We do our absolute best to keep the property and surrounding yard clean, well-maintained, pest-controlled, and in good working order for each guest's stay. Despite our best efforts, there may be an occasional critter sighting inside or outside of the house such as: ants, spiders, moths, flies, mosquitos, and cockroaches. Outside in the yard, you may also see birds, rabbits, snakes, scorpions, lizards, squirrels, mice, and bats. The pool and other amenities were so easy and close that it provided constant entertainment and made things easy on the adults. It was such a fun place. All together with just a little separation. We've done this all over the country for over forty years. This stay in Hurricane was one of the best yet. The huge property fit everyone comfortably, was spotlessly clean, and each had a fully stocked kitched for making meals. The backyard was a perfect spot for everyone to enjoy the weather and have meals together. Having a pool was a huge hit with the kids. Having access to the clubhouse (essentially across the street) with a lazy river and another pool was stellar. We had a lot of cars with our group and parking was a non issue. I communicated extensively with the property manager Jamie who was professional, prompt, and made the daunting task of gathering this many people so much easier. Hurricane and the surrounding areas are an outdoor adventurers paradise. Strictly speaking on location, you couldn't ask for better. If you're looking for a fantastic spot to host a lot people who love the outdoors, look no further. ##### Ian E. We used the property to house family and friends for our intimate wedding in St. George. It was nice to have everyone in one spot and enjoy the celebrations together. However, we did have a couple of issues. We were delayed to check in because their cleaners were short staffed. Due to the short staff, all of the sheets for the king size beds were wet. We didn’t find this out until it was time for all of to go to bed. It took a couple hour to dry the sheets and we bought extra sheets to speed up the process. Some of the wet sheets did not seem cleanest as we found some things on them. The host was kind enough to work with us and refund this night’s stay. Other than this issue on the first night, everything else was as it was as expected. ##### Matthew R. We had about 40 people of varying ages and generations staying at this property for a family reunion. The houses are set up well and allowed us to gather comfortably in a large group (in the main living/ dining space in a home or outside) and in multiple smaller groups (various sitting areas across houses). With the group size we had, it was also spacious enough to find a quiet space to read or spend some time alone if needed. The kitchens are well stocked and have everything we needed to cook a variety of meals. The beds were comfortable, and there are enough bathrooms to comfortably share. The pool, putting green, and lawn games were a big hit throughout our trip. There are lots of parks and things to do nearby as well. The hosts for this property are incredible. The communication was exceptional before, during, and even after our stay. I highly recommend staying here! ##### Kristina C. This place was perfect! The house was clean, beds were comfy, and its clear they put a lot of thought into making this place beautiful and functional. The bunk rooms were great for the kids. The state park passes were super handy for our day at Quail Creek. Having the connected back yard made it feel like we were all staying in the same house without being on top of each other. The back yard in the afternoon (in the shade during the blazing hot summer) was an awesome gathering place to keep cool and catch up with everyone. The community pool was also really nice and worked for one of our activities for the day - lazy river, splash pad with a slide for the littles, shaded areas for those who were already sunburned! One issue arose that required the owner's attention and she was on it without hesitation and the problem was solved as quickly as humanly possible. Everyone was impressed with how quickly it was resolved. Overall, I highly recommend this place for large groups. Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their stay. ##### Kyan S. Our stay at Elements Zion Village for our biannual family reunion was beyond our expectations. The property was a great value with all the amenities provided. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and organized. Everyone commented that the beds were comfortable. The grandkids loved the fun backyard. There is a private heated pool and hot tub, a gas firepit and a putting green. They even have life jackets and pool floats for the kids. Working with the owner, Jamie, was extremely easy and she was very accommodating for our group. Everything was in order when we arrived. We loved having our whole family stay together in one spot. The property itself is in a terrific location for many outdoor activities. I would highly recommend this space for a large group. Our family will definitely be back. ##### Debbie R. Not to mention Jamie was very responsive and helpful with coordinating the extra needs of a large corporate group. The property was VERY clean, well-stocked and organized, beds were very comfortable with nice linens and comforters. Our group LOVED the private backyard, pool, hot tub, and fire pit. For those that wanted to get away, the property is perfect where it is so close to Zions National Park, Sand Hollow and Snow Canyon.
