« Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, polonais etc., c'est principalement leur nourriture qui est proposé. Et pour le thé de l'après-midi, il y a du boeuf, pizzas, mais aucun fruits ni biscuits secs »

« Bel emplacement avec de nombreuses piscines (10 toboggans très amusants) et une plage propre et très grande. Les restaurants sont très corrects et le personnel égyptien se montre attentionné et à l'écoute (agréablement surpris). La salle de sports est complète. Les animations en soirée sont variées avec plusieurs thématiques (pool party, beach party, chanteuse...). Le gros point noir concerne les chambres (l'établissement a été racheté il y a quelques mois et est en cours de rénovation) qui...

« Que ça soit sur l’hôtel, la chambre ou le personnel y’a absolument rien à dire. L’hôtel est grand beau et propre ! Nous avons réserver la chambre lune de miel, elle est très grande avec un grand balcon. Le personnel de l’hôtel et de la plage est toujours souriant, accueillant, aux petits soins et disponible. À notre grande surprise la nourriture n’était pas mauvaise contrairement à ce qu’on a pu entendre avant notre séjour mais assez répétitif pour notre part. Nous avons passé un incroyable...

"hébergement non conforme aux photos du site. Pas de paroi au niveau de la douche donc la salle de bain était inondée après chaque douche Eau de la douche bouillante même en se mettant sur l’eau froide il fallait attendre 22h pour que les canalisations refroidissent Piscine qui ferme à 18h et le seul bar de l’hôtel aussi ! Vue sur des travaux qui commencent dès 8h du matin avec des marteaux piqueurs Environnement très sale dans les rues autour de l’hôtel Wifi quasiment inexistant Personnel peu sympathique sauf à la piscine et au bar Nous sommes restés 15 jours et les draps et serviettes n’ont jamais été changé supérette absente alors que noté dans le descriptif aucune activité ni soirée proposée Nombre de transats limité à la piscine beaucoup de locaux qui viennent profiter de la piscine dans la journée qui gênent la tranquillité des vacanciers je ne recommande pas "

"Hotel very nice and renovated. We had one room suit for 4 people, and unfortunately the sofa where two people had to sleep was horribly uncomfortable. If we knew we would book two rooms instead just to get a normal bed. "
