Les : chambre spacieuse et bien équipée (bonne literie, mini-bar, coffre-fort, écran plat, climatisation, wifi) - complexe beau et très bien entretenu - piscine principale propre et chauffée - jolie plage, propre également - buffet petit-déjeuner, à midi et le soir, bon et varié - 3 restaurants à la carte, bon également - équipe d'animation au top, agréable et pas insistante - personnel au petit soin, toujours souriant, poli et très prévenant Les - : petit souci d'odeur dans la salle de bain, mais régler rapidement par l'hôtel - transats et parasol réservés tôt le matin alors que le règlement de l'hôtel l'interdit - manque d'infrastructure pour les enfants, 1 toboggan ou 2 dans la piscine principale ferait le bonheur des plus petits Hormis les quelques petits désagréments cités et au vu du rapport qualité-prix, nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel. Bon séjour à Hurghada !

Superbe hôtel avec un personnel aux petits soins, les chambres sont belles propres et spacieuses , la literie excellente. Les piscines sont superbes , chaises et propres. Les transats que ce soir à la piscine ou à la plage d'excellente qualité . Quand à l'alimentation le buffet y est très varié et l'accès aux restaurants à la carte top., Un vrai all inclusive . La plage est superbe , le seul petit bémol pour moi est qu'il n'y a pas de barrière de corail devant l'hôtel , il faut forcément partir en excursion pour découvrir les superbes fonds marins de la mer rouge .. Voyage très agréable

Wir sind eigentlich keine AllInclusive-Urlauber aber der Aufenthalt im Jaz Casa Del Mar hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders der hervorragende Service von unserem Kellner Mostafa hat alles übertroffen. Es wurde sehr abwechslungsreich und vor allem regional gekocht, was uns sehr erfreute und auch eine hervorragende Qualität war. Das gesamte Personal legt großen Wert auf Sauberkeit. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Mit Abstand eines der besten Hotels in Hurghada was Sauberkeit, Essen, Standort und Service betrifft. Wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden mit allem und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Keinerlei bedenken von Magen-Darm- Beschwerden, weil das Wasser gefiltert wird und man sich bedenkenlos die Zähne putzen kann oder sich einen Cocktail mit Eis bestellen kann.

I am giving four stars because I booked through Expedia and paid extra for a sea-view room. Upon arrival, it was already late and dark, but we quickly realized we did not have a sea-view room; we only saw pipes and other unpleasant things. This was quite a disappointment, and we had to make several phone calls to resolve it. At first, they told us there were no rooms available, but after several complaints, a room with a sea view became available. We were moved to the correct room after one day, for which we had already paid extra. However, they did not apologize or refund us for the night we spent without a sea view. We traveled with our two-year-old daughter, and to do some activities, we inquired about a babysitter who could accompany us for a fee, but they said they didn’t offer that service (which we are accustomed to from other destinations). This wasn’t a big issue, as every hotel has its own policies. The food was very good, and the staff was very friendly (with a few exceptions).

The staff make this hotel. Our housekeeping guy 1267 was friendly and did a great job on our rooms. The grill chef was amazing prepared my prawns without being asked and made amazing things. Our usual waiters were all attentive and ensured we were treated well. The restaurants/bar manager was always greeting us and asking about our stay. The barman kept me topped up..makes a mean milky coffee. We ate at 2 a la carte one the food was amazing and the staff were chatty and the chef brought me out extra mash.10 out of 10 at Aqua. And the other was a bit of a disappointment. The staff no they were amazing but i had my heart set on the salmon only to be told there was a 35€ surcharge. I wasn't prepared to pay that for a bit of salmon and I did complain that we were all inclusive and we had a free trip to the 3 a la carte. Im glad i dont like lobster it was €150. So dont assume..I honestly wished i skipped Oscar and ate in the main restaurant. Everything was so clean and the pools were all amazing. Its a 5* hotel and it was 9.5 out of 10. Only because I felt cheated with the salmon. Outside was not so great for me..there's a gun barricade along the street at the Russian consulate it was meant for my safety but I fear guns and it was a bit off-putting. Next time I'll venture further. And skip the booking at Oscars.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Die Speisenauswahl war groß, einige Gerichte waren aber gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und groß, genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Anbindung zum Flughafen ist sehr gut. Zum Hotel dauert es nur ca. 10 min. Es war sehr angenehm und man konnte sehr gut entspannen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

It’s ok and that’s it. Definitely not a 5 start hotel. We booked 8 nights and had requested a queen bed. When we arrived we had twin beds and there was rubbish in the wardrobe. The manager said there wasn’t a way to move us until the next day. However when we did move this was much better and grateful that the manager made an effort to give us two room options. Disappointed with house keeping. Our shower gel wasn’t refilled for 3 days. We kept forgetting to ask at reception but luckily had brought our own. However when we did tell reception it was sorted but why isn’t house keeping check of these things? Good to see management actively speaking to guests and noting any issues. I’m sorry to say that the food selection in the buffet is terrible. Baked items are stale and hard, the seasoning isn’t quite right for the main dishes, repetitive dishes on the menu and I had a bad tummy for the whole trip which I’m guessing was due to the fresh fruit and salads in water. No ironing board or iron in the room so I’m guessing this is something you’d need to request at reception, hairdryer is attached in the bathroom so I’d suggest taking your own too. On the plus side the staff are great and friendly. Disappointed given how much money we spent. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Food was very poor and I still have a tummy bug. Reception staff were rude and helpful Hotel had power cut with no emergency plan and staff were not willing to help as the food options were limited We were with a 4 year old and given a room near the live show which was every night. Tried to complain but receptionist said the other rooms are an extra cost so we couldn’t move. He offered to show us one the next morning but when we went no one knew anything about it and said all rooms are gone. We were really looking forward to this trip so it was a shame it was so poorly managed

Everything was perfect and would have been 5 stars had it not been for the tall chubby guy on reception with glasses almost making me late to the airport because he turned my Uber away from entering as he wanted to take 15 minutes checking me out when it was a simple process and everything was pre settled and there’s was nothing to do but to hand over room keys.. but they refused to let my Uber in who then left after 5/10 min awaiting outside and I was then left with an hour to wait and find a new Uber and even when I finally did I had to Goto the main road and when I tried to go in the Uber and the security was telling me to wait for no reason at all and for another Uber to leave, I refused and got in my Uber as my flight was not going to wait for them and the guy at the counter which I mentioned before glasses tall tried to be funny saying if you miss your flights it’s your fault because your supposed to be at the airport 3 hours before international flight to which I corrected him that he had no clue and my flight was actually domestic and the fact he assumed he knew and that I didn’t need to be that early for domestic as a seasoned traveleg I knew this, I had given myself 1 hour 30 which was cut short to 1 hour due this nonsense by reception and security. Otherwise perfect stay until the last moment where it was ruined by ONE HERO!

Very good balance price-quality! Service both in the restaurant and at the pool are just excellent - very kind and helpful waiters. Combination buffet and a la carte restaurants brings a good variation in dinner possibilities. Wide range of bread, cold vegetables and desserts - I missed warm vegetables to combine with the freshly cooked fish and meat. Rooms are spacious and clean - If you would like to sleep early, I would recommend not to have a room close to bar where the show is executed. Summarized: Very good hotel which I would definitely book again.

A great week at this hotel. The facilities are really good, with multiple pools and a great beach. The food was great for breakfast, lunch and dinner with the Italian restaurant a real winner! All the staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful and I would return here without hesitation!

We had a great stay at this resort! The hotel was clean and had the nicest staff! The food was just okay but that is expected for an all inclusive. The drink menu was huge and everything tasted good. The rooms were clean, comfortable beds and air conditioned worked well. The water pressure in the shower was just okay and there was no shelf in the shower to hold toiletries. Also, the lighting was terrible for make up. Overall, the staff are what make this hotel. They truly go above and beyond.

Für den Preis und Sterne ein schönes Hotel. Eigenes kleines Riff um zu schnorcheln. Restaurants konnten wir leider nicht testen. Personal stets freundlich und es wurde viel geputzt. Musik der Nachbarhotels etwas gar laut.

Alles in allem ein mega Hotel. Sehr, sehr sauber. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Immer um einen bemüht. Speisen und Getränke waren auch immer richtig gut und variieren. Pools und Strandlage perfekt. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss sind die Leute am Strand, die immer versuchen dir irgendwelche Touren anzudrehen. Die Safari mit Quad fahren und Kamelreiten (das war ein kurzes Kamel auf-und ab) war Massenabfertigung. Richtig schlecht. Aber das schnorcheln war ganz gut, obwohl man da im Wasser auch immer in Gruppen unterwegs ist. Fazit: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder.
