### Southern Charmer Summ

This four-bedroom home, plus an office/dayroom and two bathrooms, is the perfect retreat for your vacation or business trip. Newly remodeled and just 4 miles from Redstone Arsenal Gate 10, it's conveniently located near grocery stores, dining, UAH, and the Space Center. The fenced, tree-lined backyard offers privacy and space for relaxation, with room for your furry friend to roam. Pets are welcome with a fee. Our photos include professional shots and real-time images from our cleaning team, ensuring you know exactly what to expect. We'd love to host you!  
  
Clean line hardwood floors in the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The foyer is consistent with the hardwood floors and six steps down giving you access to the lower level to the spacious king master bedroom and bathroom with shower. A small office/dayroom is accessed through the master bedroom; it has a full bed for extra sleeping space. Upon standing in the foyer, there are six stairs leading to the upper level taking you to the comfortable living room connected to the dining room with seating for six. After entering the dining room, the kitchen is to your right with everything you need to cook those special meals for your group. This upper level has three bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom with a tub.

#### Not so good

Filthy...cobwebs everywhere, ants in kitchen and I mean lots and lots of ants. Stained carpets. And best of all the linens were NOT changed. One bed had pubic hairs and blood stains on the sheets. Another had black crusty dirt between the flat sheet and the fitted sheet . The downstairs toilet tank literally was falling off. The small bedroom downstairs was just a bed off the master bedroom and looked like a place that you would keep kidnap.victims in. Neighborhood was beyond sketchy. Came home to a drunk man lying in driveway puking and passing out. But the air conditioning.was.great so there's that.
