I like giving guest their space but I will be available in case anything comes up.  
  
Pets may be accepted on a case by case basis and require pre- approval and a fee. Send a message and we will get back to you. Guest are required to scoop and discard poop. Pets are not allowed on furniture. Heavy cheddars are not allowed. There will be an extra charge to clean hair found on furniture.  
  
For the safety of our guests, home and neighbors, there are security cameras located on the exterior of the home. Please let us know if you have any questions.  
  
Guest who use the grill are responsible for cleaning the grill. The neighborhood is a new construction site. The location is a hidden gem. There are restaurants that are close by and walkable and two publix about a five minute drive in either direction.
