Rooms are in the process of being re-done and the rooms are very clean and modern (although still being fixed up). The outside of the building is a work in progress. This is a motel transitioning to a hotel.

The room was clean and ready for our arrival. Bathroom appeared to be nicely updated but in the bedroom part, there were clear aigns of age and wear and tear in things like the desk, nightstand, and even a broken hanger. There was wifi, though we were never given the passcode to use it and couldnt find it posted anywhere in the room. Overall average stay. It served its purpose well for a place to stay at a reasonable price, but wasn't particularly exceptional in any way.

Room was well clean and comfortable ..Internet was a bit erratic as I had to keep logging in every five to seven minutes .. also TV linked to internet was confusing as there were no specific instructions ,, Also a coffer maker in the room would have been a bonus.. couldn't understand why a fridge and stove were provided but no coffee maker.,, dood on bathroom needed fixing Over -all .. very comforable and very reasonable room rate

If it was not clean, why didn't you checkout ? We had other guest waiting already. You check-in with 3 person while the reservation is for 2 and blaming us being rude.

I use a cane and there was no ramp access, disabled parking, door pushes or grip strips in the bathtub. There was something wrong with the TV as I had to reset it every 20 minutes. They provided no written instructions for the TV and I had to ask them to come and get it working in the first place. It was clean however and they were pleasant.

The robe hook on the bathroom door was broken so I had nowhere to hang my towel. Shower water pressure was weak. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Very clean, comfortable. Phone charging ports loose. Need adjustment. First time in a hotel that had 1 sample pkg. of shampoo to use. We were two women with two small children. Yeah we know, we should have brought ours but both forgot
