Staff was friendly. Check in/out was fast. Rooms were nice except there was some space in door that wasn't sealed so air moved through, stains on bathroom counter and curtains in the room. I would ask that you maybe look at a way that considers a morning check in and late check out for those that might be staying due to work on night shift.

Employees were very friendly. Room was nice. Had several stains on bathroom counter and curtains. There were small gaps in door. I would like to suggest that you look at incorporating checkouts for night shift employees. I stayed for 6 days and had to pay for time after i checkout.

Although the name "Extended Stay...." had me thinking it would be like a Extended stay hotel or motel that have alot of unwanted traffic but it wasnt. I was shocked and khave no complaints at all. Reasonable room rates and its clean. Great job!

The staff were always friendly and able to assist. The rooms though a little old had all the facilities needed (just had to ask the staff for the kitchen pack and I was ready to eat in etc). Breakfast is just a coffee bar but it was enough to get you started for the day.

I book reservation in advance. I called several days in advance to confirm/ensure reservation requirements….all was good but at time of arrival hotel did not have my reservation because they were overbooked. I travel a lot….will never utilize Hotels.com again. Extended stay and hotels.com ruined my trip and offered no solution.

The place was horrible. My girl wouldn't stay there, I had to pay for another room. I paid for 2 rooms and stayed one night.

I pulled back the sheets and there were many, many black particles spread all over the sheets, including a roach wing and a couple very curly hairs. Too bad I can't upload a video to this review, or you my never stay in a hotel again.

The property was in an unsavory neighborhood. The tiny lobby was hard to find and there was a needle right on the ground next to our parking spot. There were men sitting in vehicles for hours right outside our door. Staff was nice but would not stay again

The hotel itself was fine. There wasn't much close by. I got in around 8:00 PM and had planned on driving through somewhere to get food but there was nothing close. I got up early and wanted to go get coffee and after driving several miles around the area I finally found a mini mart/ gas station open but I didn't go in because there was a person out front who was scary and appeared to be high. I drove around some more and found another mini mart and was grateful but when I left there was a female there trying to give me a sob story and wanted a ride. I didn't give her one but ended up giving her a few dollars just to get her to leave me alone. I felt unsafe in the area.

When I tried to check in they informed me they were full and had no rooms despite me having a confirmed reservation. Would not refund me and told me I had to go through Expedia.
