Welcome to Lio’s Retreat, our new clean, relaxing and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom modular home in Shamrock Bay Resort. . This pet free property has one queen bed (master) and 2 bedrooms with a single bunk bed in each. There is a 6 guest maximum of which no more then 4 may be adults, 16 years and older is considered an adult ( this is a resort rule, so please do not ask if we can change this). We are forest adjacent and have a private entrance. A fully equipped kitchen (full size fridge, stove, microwave, coffeemaker, kettle and toaster). Heating and A/C, TV (no cable) with Chromecast, Radio, cd player and Bluetooth Speaker. Outside boasts a spacious deck, large Weber BBQ, patio set, Muskoka chairs, and a firepit for cozy evenings.
Take a short walk to the heart of the resort where you will find 2 heated outdoor salt-pools and sports court. There is also coin laundry, snack bar, large deck on the water, where you can borrow games and wifi is available. There is access to the dock, yes you can fish from here and a semi private beach.
Located in Severn Bridge, close to Gravenhurst and Orillia where there is much to see and do.
Guests must bring their own linen, towels, food and beverages. If you will be borrowing a kayak, or paddleboard please bring a life jacket as we are not able to loan them out at this time.
