The Space: Prime location 4 bdrm 4 bath on the first block to the beach steps to Main Street and the beach and a peak of the ocean from the master bedroom balcony. Location, location, location, just what the doctor ordered. Everything in this home was purchase brand-new the Fall of 2015\. We are on the first block to the beach and only one block over from Main Street which keeps you far away from all of the action but close enough to get in the mix right away. All that Huntington Beach has the offer is just steps away. You must be 28 years old to rent our home. Restaurants with outdoor dining steps away. With the amazing weather in HB the city has done a fantastic job closing a portion of Main street to allow the restaurants to expand their outdoor dining and allow more social distancing. Pacific City also has excellent outdoor dining. Location, location, location, just what the doctor ordered. 4 bdrm 4 bathrooms on the first block to the beach steps to Main Street with bikes in the garage for you to use. We are on the first block to the beach and only one block over from Main Street which keeps you far away from all of the action but close enough to get in the mix right away. All that Huntington Beach has the offer is just steps away. Our home is fully stocked and induces beach and bath towels and Linens, BBQ, 4 Boogie boards, 6 beach chairs a cooler, and a couple of beach toy sets in the cabinet in the garage and a pac man video game in the house. Pacific City Now open offering world-class shopping and dining but you don't even have to go that far one block over begins the walk only outdoor shopping mall. Our home offers plenty of areas outside to gather including 2 balconies, a roof top deck with stunning views of Huntington Beach and a great spot to gather and watch sunset, a back yard with BBQ and large table to dine outside and a front yard great for people watching, Central AC and heat Bedding:- King in the master bedroom with full bathroom -This bedroom is located on the first floor (there is also a 2nd living room on the first floor). King in the second master bedroom and full size sofa bed with full bathroom King in the third bedroom with bathroom down the hall. 4th half bath downstairs. Bedroom 4: Kids room 4 single beds. One bunk bed (2 singles) and one single with one trundle bed underneath in the fourth bedroom. Parking The owner keeps there jeep in the garage and the other side is full of bikes but you can fit one car behind the garage and there is free parking on the street in front of the house. Pets: Dogs are considered on a case by case basis please reach out to us first and tell us what kind of dog you wish to bring, age weight and breed for your breed. We prefer one dog not multiple dogs but feel free to ask. We do not allow cats. Pet Friendly units. If you have rented a pet friendly unit -Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste. Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heart-worm prevention is highly recommended. House is in the perfect location. Short walk to the beach, short walk to Main Street, peek a boo ocean view from the front and rear balconies. Parking space in back and great floor plan with an on suite bath for every bedroom and several great outdoor areas like the hot tub/BBQ area out back, the rooftop deck, the front sitting area with fire pit, and the upstairs balconies. House is clean as can be and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy beach life. It's a little pricey but worth it. The only negatives I could report would be that the home is advertised as pet friendly and comes with bicycles. Day of arrival we were notified of additional pet fee (not mentioned anywhere when booking and making payment) and upon arrival the bikes are locked and there is a note inside that tells you the bikes are available for additional fee. Charging extra for these items is not out of the ordinary, but it should be clear in the listing that these items are not included in the rent. ##### Mark G. The walk to the beach and down town are less than 5 minutes. The amenities like bikes, surfboards, toys, towels, games are all great! The kitchen was well stocked for a large family with plenty of pans, dishes, anything you would need to cook with! Now the not so good...this house is outdated and not well kept. Almost all the couches, chairs, and cabinets are stained and dirty! The floors when we got there were full of dog hair! I mean if a kid dropped something on the floor and you went to pick it up it had 30 dog hairs on it. I am not Extremely picky when it comes to cleaning but basic vacuuming by housecleaning in between guest is not being completed. The beds were clean and clean towels, but the pictures On VRBO must be from a couple years ago as all the furniture is stained. When we first got there the rooftop patio furniture was shredded and unusable! We were traveling with our family and kids and this patio was important so we contacted Dennis the concierge. He did have new cushions delivered within 48 hours. It was then usable. But the cobwebs throughout home and spiders were also very gross. 2 out of 4 bathrooms had leaks or did not work correctly. Over all for a trip my husband and I saved for and felt like we spent a lot on on we were disappointed. We did make the best of it, but I really think people should know what they are spending their money on and have accurate expectations. I would not stay here again but would try and find a place with same location as this was by far the best feature! Also to end on a positive notes the 4 patios were very nice. ##### amanda v. I especially liked the Sonos sound system, which allows you to control music in every room in the house via WiFi. Each of us had our own room and bathroom, which was pretty awesome. The location is amazing as well; less than two blocks from the beach, and about four blocks to Main Street where all the bars and restaurants are located. The house was well stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. Once we got our groceries the first day, we never needed to use our car for the rest of the stay. Main street is four short blocks away, and the beach is a block and a half. Perfect for the kids since the nearest beach access also has a great playground. We had 6 adults 2 couples and 2 adult brothers) , a 3year old and a 9 month old. My husband and i were celebrating our 30 year anniv. The master bedroom was awesome for my daughter, husband and the closet we set up the graco portable bed for the 9 month. This was perfect for them. Then my husband and I were in the basement king sized bed and then my sons who are tall shared the basement bunk beds which were small for my 6' 4" but we just put the mattress on the floor. The 3 year old was in the upstairs bunk beds near the master bdrm. He slept on the bottom bunk as the top bunk was too close to the ceiling fan. We loved that there were bathrooms for each bedroom. We wished there were tv's in the bunk bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. The owners also had a variety of spirits and beer for our stay, which was super warming. We tried to restock before we left. We sat by the fire every night, which was amazing! Also all the beach toys provided were awesome! Boogie boards, surf boards, bikes, pull cart, balls, sand toys. We didn't use the jacuzzi since it shared the same plug as the master bdrm wall mount air conditioner which kept shorting out. This was being fixed by a huge team as we were packing up to leave. Which made things hectic to try and pack around them but the owner had given us a heads up that it may happen. We LOVED our stay here and would love to stay here every year. This was our first time renting a home using VRBO for a vacation and we are so glad we did! This house was perfect and an easy walk to the beach, which we did every day.
