HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA- Newly remodeled, this beautiful top floor condo is located in one of HB’s most desired gated communities near the beach. With two master suites this unit will easily sleep four adults comfortably. Located just steps to Huntington Beaches famous pier, beach, night life, restaurants and shopping. Walking distance to HB’s new Pacific City Mall. Almost everything is new! The kitchen has all new, top of the line appliances. The stove has five burners including a grill/griddle. There is a double oven which is nice for a big meal or when it’s a hot summer day and you don’t want to heat up the kitchen with a full size oven. The dish washer has a third rack for large utensils and is so quite you may think it didn’t run. New side by side refrigerator/freezer with small easy access door, filtered water and ice maker. Top of the line full size washer and dryer. This new kitchen is completely outfitted with anything you might need to prepare whatever you heart desires., just add groceries! The kitchen’s new counter has four bar stools for ease of dining. The large built in wall unit has a nice size pantry. The living area has all new furniture. These furnishings were purchased with comfort in mind. The two leather chairs with foot stools are some of the most comfortable chairs you will try, and you will want to curl up on this nice deep couch and read a book or watch a movie on one of the condos three HD TV’s. There is a beautiful marble gas fireplace with glass rock. The living room also has our game cabinet. Loaded with lots of games for adults and children, including everything you might need for a fun casino night. Opening the front door and sliding door allows a beautiful ocean breeze to flow through the unit. There is no need for air conditioning with ceiling fans in all the rooms and the great ocean breeze. The patios, both front and back have two Adirondack chairs. A great view of the complex and peek-a-boo view of the ocean from the back patio. The large master suite has a new bed with king size Tempur-pedic firm mattress with cooling mattress cover. The night stands have USB ports and the headboard has additional outlets. Beautiful blown glass reading lamps on each side of the bed and a large HDTV with sound bar is located on a swing arm at the end of the bed. Under the bed are drawers with extra sheets and blankets. There's is large walk in closet with a great full length mirror built into the door. The master bath has a beautiful shower with a rain forest shower head, double bowl sinks and separate commode room. Extra towels and wash cloths are under the sinks. The smaller suite features a queen size Murphy Bed with new deep memory foam mattress, very comfy! This room has a small closet added into the beautiful built in, lighted, library shelves. The library shelves have loads of great books for your reading pleasure. There is a HDTV mounted on the wall at the end of the bed. The attached bathroom has a beautiful shower with large round shower head. There is a beautiful marble bowl sink, with a commode separated by a small pony wall. A folding screen is supplied for more privacy if preferred. The linen cupboard is located next to the sink and contains extra towels, and wash cloths as well as sheets for the bed and beach towels. Bluetooth Stero fan in both showers. Hair dryers in both bathrooms. The entire unit features blown Marano Glass light fixtures, Koa Wood style, tile and carpeted floors, and beautiful glass panel doors. Extras include beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie board, some toys, grocery cart, pack-n-play. Surf board is decor only. The unit has two private parking spots behind locked gates and two parking passes. You don't need a car, but if you do have one, there is assigned underground parking. The grounds and amenities of the condo complex are attractive and well maintained. The pictures of the condo are accurate. Dawn was a great host. She was interested in what made a good stay for us, and was responsive to our needs. We had a very pleasant stay. The condo has a comfy king bed, a Murphy bed in the guest space and a large, cozy couch. We appreciated the fun, beachy decor and remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. The condo has a pleasant palm tree view over the pool, which we used frequently. The pool is a heated saltwater pool that never felt overcrowded. The location was fabulous, as it was a short stroll to tons of restaurants, shops and the beach. We hope to stay again next time we are in town! ##### Jillian Z. We totally enjoyed our summer at this amazing condo in downtown Huntington Beach! If you ask anyone who has lived in HB as long as we have, you will hear that this location can’t be beat! And, this condo has the absolute best location within the complex, looking down on the pool and spa, looking out at beautiful palms, and even a bit of ocean view! Plenty of underground parking, but you will seldom need to drive! Just a quick walk and you are on the street we all know as “home” with all the restaurants, bars and shopping right there! If you want a sand day, the chairs, toys and umbrellas are provided by the owner. Inside is very tastefully designed you will find a well stocked kitchen and bath, in case you forgot something. The king size bed is super comfy and the evening breeze from the ocean air is perfect! Dawn was great and right there on the phone with us to help with any questions to get us settled in. This condo will be our go to choice and we would love to stay again! ##### Jan C. Easy walk to the beach, pier and Main Street and yet in a quiet location. The condo community is very quiet and the few people we encountered were extremely nice. The TV's are a bit confusing to use and two did not work, but the owner was extremely helpful in trying to get the master bedroom TV to work for us. The kitchen is amply supplied and fun to cook in with all new appliances. The master bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. The owner is extremely responsive to any concerns that arise.
