Very comfortable queen sized beds and bunk beds This 3 bedroom luxury home sleeps 8 comfortably. Includes Wireless Internet access, flat screen TV, Cable Programming. The “lower” beach level home is a 1200 sq. ft. 3-bedroom with 2-bathrooms with occupancy limit of 8 and offers exclusive use of the beach deck. Sunset Beach sits within a green belt of non-metered overnight public. Sunset Beach is the most northern portion of Huntington Beach and is a wonderful one-mile long “small town”, with year around events, it is close to many Southern California attractions - but nestled away on a beautiful un-crowded white sandy beach. Its name gives away our secret of breath taking sunsets and views of Catalina Island from these dream homes. Each home is approximately 6 miles from the Huntington Beach pier and just over 1 mile from the Seal Beach pier. Sunset Beach is a beautiful, cozy beachfront community. It is located just northwest of Huntington Beach (Surf City) in Orange County, California. The two best features of Sunset beach is the fact that it is one of the widest beaches in southern California and the Green Belt that runs parallel to the beach from the northern edge of town to the southern edge of town. The Sunset Beach Green belt is great for walking, exercising or just sitting and enjoying the amazing ocean view. Since the beach is so wide and there are no beach vendors or buildings the sunset looks amazing. Sunset Beach is truly one of California’s gems. Typical local entertainment includes romantic beach walks, swimming, surfing, surf-fishing, bicycle riding, sunbathing, reading, relaxing, great restaurants, and just about any other fun activity that one can dream up. Sunset Beach sits within a green belt of non-metered overnight public parking. There is typically parking all around the home at all times of the year. You can see aerial view of parking by mapping address 16525 S Pacific Ave. Sunset Beach, CA. The building consists of two individual units which rent separately. The “lower” beach level home is a 1200 sq. ft. 3-bedroom with 2-bathrooms with occupancy limit of 8 and offers exclusive use of the beach deck. The “upper” home consists of upper floors 2 & 3, occupancy limit of 12 with 5-bedrooms, 4.5-bathrooms at 3800 sq. ft. and a 3rd floor deck with outdoor fireplace. The garage is attached to the “upper” home and is for the exclusive use of the “upper” home. Upper home can be found at https://www.vrbo.com/254059ha. Each home has entrances on opposite sides of the building, each home has their own paths to the beach, and their own outdoor showers. The house had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable, not too soft like many rentals. Showers were hot and had really good water pressure. Internet was reliable and the heat worked quickly. My main suggestion for improvement would be better cutting board and better knives. They were very dull. ##### Amy F. Had 4 large teen age boys. Didn’t realize the bunk beds were so tiny- kinda toddler size. Couldn’t really tell that from the pic, but we made do. Would bring an extra air mattress if we booked again. It was wonderful to be able to step right out onto the sand. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was clean but needed some updates. Kitchen utensils (like knives) need to be replaced. Bedrooms are very small. Wasn’t able to fit a pack n play in the master bedroom, so the baby had to sleep in another room. Overall it was a nice stay and we would book again! ##### Brett B. Most places I've researched have stairs, or quite far away from the water/actual sand. This house has standard necessities one would need for a relaxing vacation. We spent five enjoyable nights at the house. The host responded promptly and quite courteous. We rented the downstair portion of the house and had to put up with the upstairs renters' children running around. And the door slamming as they come and go. The upstairs renters do not shut the door by holding the knob. The door was left to slam shut on its own - this would be ok during the day but it lasted to 12AM and beyond. The one bedroom next to the door to the upper level can hear and feel everything. No fault of the property, the property itself is 5 stars to me. ##### Amanda D. It had all of the amenities that we expected and was a lovely place to stay as part of our trip to Southern California. After spending a few days in a hotel in San Diego, it was very nice to have a proper home with a kitchen and more space. During our stay we enjoyed time on the beach and took a day trip to Disneyland. Everything was very convenient and just as needed! ##### Julie B. Walk right out to the beach. Sunset beach is more low key/less crowded than mainstream Huntington Beach which we enjoyed. But it’s just a short drive to Huntington is you want to enjoy the beaches and restaurants down there. House was relatively quiet - there is a separate rental above which can be a bit noisy when folks are moving around but it wasn’t bad. I would definitely recommend this place! ##### Michelle H.
