Some things were broken and dirty, very cheap furniture and kitchen was very poorly stocked. Personal mail/packages were at the door, including a notice that the property was missing some water inspection and water would be turned off in a couple weeks unless the inspection was done. However, it was a good location and great for multiple people to have all their own spaces and bathrooms. ##### Maggi S.
