This small cottage features a charming bedroom, bath, and kitchen, as well as a relaxing front room and outdoor space for grilling. Recently purchased and refurbished, the 1947 cottage received all-new furniture and new interior paint. Note: From October 2025 to November 2026 (with a break for Summer 2026), the Sunset Beach Sanitary District will be improving the sewer system under the greenbelt across from the cottage. The house was just right for the two of us to stay in, while visiting family over Thanksgiving week. The house was very clean and everything worked. When we had an issue with not being able to connect to the internet, the owner was very responsive and helpful, and had us connected very quickly. And the WiFi/Internet was very fast.
