« Was told by hotel that if i booked 2 rooms with the same card ( even through a third party booking) that they would be side by side or across the hall from each other but they put us on two different floors and wouldn’t fix it we booked a month in advance also. There were minor things in the room that could use attention. Also psa: Holiday Inn no longer puts coffee pots or cups in their rooms and dont bother to tell you when you check in. »

« Nice clean hotel. Good staff. Good value/price. Walls are a little thin so you can hear doors close and conversations in the hall at night when sleeping. Sausage biscuits and gravy every morning so the breakfast was ok but a little more variety would be nice. Sidewalk out front to nearby restaurants would help. »

« I entered the hotel and IMMEDIATELY smelled gas. I asked if that was normal and was told “unfortunately yes”. I entered my room and found hair all over my bathroom that clearly had not been cleaned. I went down to the front desk and was handled by the friendly front desk person and given a new room where I found the same dirty issues. Thankfully the front desk took care of me after, but the hotel definitely needs new cleaning staff. »

« To much humidity in the room. The carpet was wet and smelling bad. Stain in the bath. Rats trap just beside the principal door. One of the worst room I ever had! »

« Toilet made loud noise when flushed. Hot tub was out of service. The indoor pool area was always cold due to A/C. Bed was saggy on left side. Breakfast was limited but was good. Someone kept propping side door open - security concern. Room was clean, A/C functional. »

« Our room wasn’t very clean. There were cob webs in the corners of the room with many dead bugs in them. The walls above the shower had many hairs stuck on the wall. »
