In my particular case, I'd like to complement the owner Wen, Ali @ the front desk, and especially Stacy the front desk manager. I had an emergency, and I had to check out early and return to Colorado Springs. Expedia was a complete pain in the ass!! Had us send the authorizations for early departure several times. "It was very nice having happy hour and complimentary dinner. We asked to have a room near the laundry and they didn't hesitate to make that happen. Unfortunately we were unable to use the laundry, because the machines were very dirty inside. That room needs some attention. Other than that, all of the staff were very nice, helpful. Breakfast was also another plus. Overall our stay was good. We would return again. "
