Oct 7, 2019 Liked: Cleanliness #### Needs a lot of TLC The property was basically clean although carpets were a bit grubby, not from just one years rental. There was a lot of chipped cracked and flaking paint which again was not recent as it was too bad. Plaster was cracking. I know it was an old building, but it needs redecorating. A shelf cupboard in the kitchen had broken and fallen down so was unusable and a second pullout cupboard was was immovable. One a of the toilets did not flush well. Overall it needs looking at.
