"The room was very spacious and looked amazing, along with a nice view with curtains. Bathroom was wonderful and clean, would've been nice to have a small soap or so but handwash wuas there which other hotels don't usually provide so that was appreciated. "Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"Yes, clean modern room with comfortable king bed, everything was excellent. Bathroom was big. However, bath tub was steep and getting in and out was difficult; also water was spraying all over as shower glass divider was too narrow. Staff were always cheerful and welcoming and helpful. Hotel location was excellent (elevator to Budapest Castle was just a few doors away) and walking distance to Chain Bridge. We had breakfast added to our room rate and it was ala carte! Would definitely recommend staying there!"
