« The property was not what we expected at all. I missed reading the lack of air conditioning, and the first floor looks like it was pieced together. The bathroom was super small, and reminded us an airplane bathroom. If you are looking for a place to just rest your head, you can do that.For a family of four hoping to enjoy some downtime, we were not impressed. »

« Mazhar was great in answering any questions we had quickly! Check in was easy and having off-street parking was great. The updated kitchen and bathroom were nice. The house itself is older and outside stairs/driveway could use a little update repair. Beds were very comfortable. Individual AC units in bedrooms and common living area worked well. Overall, a great stay. »

If visiting in the summer, there is a heavy mosquito presence at night but that is only common in this city. If I visit Buffalo again, this home is where I am staying at. »

« Excellently designed & decorated with high end everything. A FANTASTIC space! Lots of well thought out spaces while some not so much. All the kitchen items you need for preparing food. For kids too! Stemmed glasses. Do not see them much! Unfortunate that those renting aren’t keeping the nice cupboards clean. Could use more living room seating space for enjoying the lovely space with family. Fireplace a relaxing touch. One parking space in the driveway as long as the lower unit tenant does not...

« We loved this stylish and comfortable home. My kids had their own rooms to sleep in with all the movies and shows they wanted. The beds were very comfortable and the communication was excellent. We especially enjoyed walking 2 blocks over to all of the shops and restaurants. My son played some great baseball and we made some wonderful memories during our stay! I would highly recommend it! »

« I have stayed in numerous VRBOs and have never authored a negative review. The old and rundown house is in an average to below-average neighborhood a few houses off a busy street. The houses are close together. The unit is on the upper level of a two-story duplex and, to get there, one has to traverse stairs that do not have a stair rail. No central air. Once inside, there was a large air conditioner between the dining and living rooms that leaked into a plastic pail which had to be emptied...

« The house was well-set up and easy to be at. The check-in process was not clear. Even the morning of, we did not know what we needed to do. I had to reach out to the property manager to find out what to do. But once we got the info, it all went smoothly. »
