« Room was clean and comfortable. I can understand the complaints about the room being warm but it did not bother me as a fan was provided in the room which was fine. Very convenient for Humber Bridge walk and Hull City Park n Ride. The whole feel of the place would be greatly improved by investing in ground keeping, weed spraying etc. Breakfast was ok for the price. I would stay there again. »

« Bon hôtel au niveau confort et petit déjeuner copieux, un peu de difficulté quand on ne s'exprime pas correctement en anglais. Le bémol nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, le lit n'était pas prêt pour les enfants et les serviettes de bains pas prévues, problèmes réglés rapidement avec le personnel de l'accueil. problème également quand on vient en voiture, pas d'indication que l'entrée de l'hôtel se fait par le parking de la surface commerciale, j'ai dû tourner un peu pour voir que l'information...

« I booked the Maze Apartments because it was so close to the venue for the Campfire Country Music Festival and it was spot on. Being only 5 mins walk to the park was great! When we arrived we got a parking spot in the car park under the Apartments and it was FREE! The lady on reception was nice and friendly and advised us we had been given an upgrade!! The room was great. Large, spacious with all the amenities you could need. The bathroom was small but clean with a shower, basin and toilet. The...

" On the first night, we had a fire alarm at 3 a.m. It took the night auditor 30 minutes to turn it off. No complimentary gesture or apology was offered. The hotel is outdated for a 4-star property. The bathroom silicone is moldy, the carpet is stained and needs a deep clean, and the room was very dusty. The reception staff were not helpful, the phone was not working in a room so hard to get the reception.. and when the shower temperature kept going from very hot to very cold. Coffee and tea were not refilled, which is disappointing for a 4-star hotel where better service and cleanliness are expected."
