PARADISE IN PALMAS! OCEAN FRONT! SLEEPS up to 6 GUESTS! GORGEOUS!

My apartment is a little slice of heaven! It is literally only a few steps to the beach! The bedroom & living room both have gorgeous views & open up to the porch. The porch has a counter running its entire length where we eat most of our meals listening to the ebb and flow of the tide & watching the waves crash, the pelicans dive for fish, & the iguanas climb the palm trees. We marvel at the occaisional surfers & kiteboard & wind surfers as the fly over the waves. At night the moon shines on the water creating a liquid silver effect which is stunning! It is located on the 2nd floor of a small 3 floor building & is very private. There is 1 master bedroom however 6 to 7 people can easily sleep very comfortably in both the loft/entrance area & on the huge U shaped living room couch. There are 2 large smart TVs with sound bars, 2 bikes/helmets/air pumps, lots of beach chairs & beach towels, & a fully equipped kitchen.The entire apartment is yours during your stay. There is a pool for the beach village members that you will have access to that is a 2 minute walk from your door. The Palmas Del Mar Resort is a gated community where many successful Puerto Ricans live or have a weekend place, where many people from the states choose to live & retire or work remotely & where many tourists come to relax and explore the beautiful island. The resort has several restaurants, a grocery store, 2 golf courses, a tennis center, a fitness center, a country club, many pools (one of which you'll have a key to) & a beautiful beach! You walk down the steps from the apartment and you are AT the beach!
