Trendsetter's Seaside Sanctuary is located in Palmas del Mar, a luxury resort community on Puerto Rico’s southeast coast, known for its stunning beaches, golf courses, marina, and tropical beauty. Our secondary guest quarters feature their own private outdoor entrance and offer endless entertainment with a pool table, foosball table, and an oversized TV, plus four additional bedrooms and a fully equipped secondary kitchen for added convenience.

A massive studio space includes two professional desks, lighting, and microphones — perfect for filming, remote work, or content creation. Accordion doors open onto a spacious balcony patio with direct stairs to the pool, ideal for entertaining or private retreats.  
A second balcony, connected to two bedrooms, includes a cozy sectional — a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening sunsets.  
  
Fitness & Wellness:  
The third floor hosts a private, fully-equipped gym — a rare luxury for longer stays or wellness-focused guests.  
  
We have a spacious driveway with plenty of room for parking, plus additional space under the house’s carport or designated parking pads up on the street—convenient options for multiple vehicles.

Property was as described, we were the first renters in this new construction. Angela was very descriptive about what to expect and communicated everything in advance. The house is beautiful and the outdoor entertaining area very luxary and not your average VRBO. We spent a lot of time in the pool area. They have put a lot of love and attention to detail in this home, with very nice furnishings, decor, and the linens are not your average VRBO linens. Its very unique and especially in PR. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need. Kent and Angela were very responsive to messages. Due to weather we had a few days our excursions were canceled and they were very prompt to help us find other options on the island, contacts, suggestions. They genuinely want you to have an amazing vacation.The home is great for family gatherings with a lot of seating. We had several evenings of board games around the large dining table. I would recommend staying with Angela and Kent in any of their properties.
