The Old Cart House in Great Hatfield, East Riding of Yorkshire, is a luxurious barn conversion set on a charming smallholding with its own petting zoo and one of several holiday homes. This spacious retreat boasts an open-plan ground floor with bi-folding doors leading to a private, enclosed courtyard and shared grounds. The bespoke kitchen is a standout feature, offering a gas range, central island with breakfast bar, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table and comfortable lounge area with a electric log effect fire and Smart TV create a cosy, inviting space. Upstairs, the king-size master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and Smart TV, while a double room with a Velux window and a single room with a Juliet balcony provide comfortable accommodation. A sparkling bathroom with a freestanding bath and walk-in shower adds a touch of indulgence. Outside, the courtyard features a hot tub, perfect for relaxation, with gates leading to a shared grassy area.  
  
The property’s location is ideal for exploring the best of Yorkshire. Just three miles from the coast, it offers easy access to sandy beaches and coastal walks. The nearby town of Hornsea boasts a variety of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores. History and culture await at Burton Constable Hall, while Hull, just 30 minutes away, offers attractions like The Deep aquarium and vibrant theatres. Outdoor enthusiasts can explore the Yorkshire Wolds, perfect for walking and cycling, or visit Spurn Point Nature Reserve, renowned for birdwatching and seal colonies. The market town of Beverley, with its racecourse and open pastures, is just a short drive away. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, The Old Cart House provides an exceptional base for a memorable Yorkshire holiday.
