We have been vacation rental hosts for almost 10 years. Woodlands has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and can sleep 11 comfortably. The house sits on 5 acres and surrounded by hundreds of acres on all sides. It is situated halfway between Wagoner and Tahlequah, and is 1 mile from award-winning Sequoyah State Park, with miles of trails, boating, golfing, fishing, horse-back riding, Nature center and much more. We invite your family to experience this gem that has been created for you, our guests. I’m not sure we could’ve picked a better spot for a short getaway out of the city. Everything was well kept, clean, and comfortable, and we had all the amenities of home. The Woodland’s proximity to the nearby marinas and state park made it easy to come and go as needed. The s’mores at the fire pit were a surprisingly huge hit for my 12 and 13 yo boys (who are becoming too cool to hang out with family, lol). The hosts were very responsive and the location was great.
