Le logement est spacieux et bien situé, mais la configuration réelle ne correspondait pas entièrement à ce que nous avions compris lors de la réservation. L'annonce indique cinq chambres. Une des cinq chambre est en réalité une grande pièce ouverte, sans porte, située en enfilade entre les autres espaces. Cette disposition a compliqué notre organisation familiale, car cette pièce servait aussi de passage obligé pour accéder à une autre chambre, ainsi qu’aux sanitaires et aux espaces de vie. Cela a eu un impact sur la qualité de notre séjour, notamment pour l’un des membres de notre famille qui n’a pas pu rester comme prévu.Nous avions réservé pour 6 adultes, 4 enfants et un bébé, et une personne supplémentaire (avec un bébé) s’est jointe à nous pour la première nuit, après en avoir informé l’hôte et obtenu son accord. Le nombre total de personnes est resté dans les limites de la capacité maximale du logement (12 adultes).Nous avons signalé dès notre arrivée les difficultés rencontrées, mais aucune solution concrète ou compensation satisfaisante ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons noté que l’annonce a été mise à jour après notre séjour, ce qui semble indiquer que les informations initiales manquaient de clarté.
