The property was as described. Itā€™s a 5 star resort with large clean rooms, excellent facilities like the pool, gym and Onsen. The breakfast was outstanding and we have an amazing dinner as well. It is 20 mins from the centre of Hue so you will need to take a taxi to get into town and to get to the cultural attractions.

We stayed in a villa with private onsen and found the property very zen and had a very relaxing enjoyable stay. The only negative is that we got the half board. We found that it is a set menu of several options per course that were either international or Vietnamese food. There was no Japanese food listed in the set menu. Also the menu was the same everyday so it felt limiting by the third day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kobi Onsen. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and clean. The onsen is wonderful. The food at the hotel is excellent. Nothing is lacking. The garden and carp pond, the cafĆ©ā€”everything is lovingly designed. I would particularly like to praise the friendly and attentive staff. We would book this hotel again in a heartbeat and can recommend it to anyone with a clear conscience.

The property is beautiful, the staff welcoming, professional and attentive! The spa and sauna area is relaxing. The only thing I would add is a bench for sitting among the beautiful plants and bonsais in the garden area. All 3 gazebos don't have a seating area. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!
