The room was never cleaned which I normally don't mind but we did have ants coming into the room and into the bin. Staff were mostly never around, we were going to see if we could book a DMZ tour and a bus to Phong Nha with them since there was a big pull up poster by the reception desk advertising these but since there was no one ever there we had to make our own arrangements.
