AREA AMENITIES 1) BEACH: SUN WEST PARK, a public beach on an inlet, is located 3 miles away and contains an inflatable Aqua Park, a water zip line, and wakeboarding. "HUDSON BEACH"/STRICKLAND MEMORIAL PARK is located a mile from the house. Open 7 days a week, this is a gorgeous memorial park on the gulf with a small beach area, picnic tables, and outdoor grills. 2) BOATING: One mile from the house there is a 24/7 boat ramp w/ trailer parking. (Boat launching/trailer parking is $5 daily.) at "Hudson Beach"/Park. Boat trailers can be parked overnight at the house if you are bringing a boat. 3) KAYAKING/SWIMMING/BIKING: In front of the house is a great area for Kayaking, swimming/floating, and the neighborhood is good for biking. We cleaned the couch of dog prints before we sat but we love dogs so it was fine. The BBQ grill was never ever cleaned we took care of it. All that said we had a fantastic time.
