Only an hour away from Richmond, and 2.5 hours from Northern VA and DC metro area. House is truly a getaway but at the same time, has access to everything within few miles to life essentials. 45 minutes to historic triangle of Virginia, James Town, Williamsburg, Yorktown, and historic Virginia sites. An hour from Busch Gardens and Great Wolf Lodge, in Williamsburg. 3-bedroom home with 2 first floor bedrooms and 1 bedroom on the second floor, equipped with 2 full bathrooms. Morning room and dining room looking over the vast water views. Gourmet Kitchen with custom cabinetry, Stainless-steel appliances, Backsplash and Stone countertops. House can accommodate up to eight guests, in three bedrooms: King Bed in the Master Bedroom with large TV to stream movies, sports and more Other bedroom on the Main floor has a twin bed and a bunkbed with full/twin, small TV to enjoy cable channels Second floor Bedroom has two full size beds A Futon is available in the morning room for as an extra sleeper All essential items in the bathrooms are provided, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, body wash, and clean towels. Washer and dryer is available with few laundry detergent pods. Charging stations all around the house. Kitchen is equipped with all the necessary small appliances to make your experience like home, Keurig Coffee maker, Toaster, Air fryer, and quality cutlery and cookware. Water in Milford haven is amazingly warm till October and shallow even few hundred feet out, with white sand. Very safe to swim or to lounge. Water remains calm for the most part and is great for standup paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Since water is like swimming pool, just lounging in it is a great experience with family and friends. Local area offers kayaks to be delivered. Property features plenty of well-maintained flat grass area for activities, sports or just for walk around and explore. Chairs for siting by the water and you might spot dolphins swim by. Dining table on the deck with outdoor furniture on the porch for warm gatherings. Areas around the property offers incredible fishing for Striper, Trout, and Croaker as well as plenty of Blue crabs walking around chilling. Plenty of oysters on the shoreline, getting washed out. Property has two buildings, the main house, and the garage, though, Garage Building is NOT part of the rental due to renovation. New carpet and luxury vinyl floorings are installed throughout the house, and most of the furniture and decor is new. This is a brand-new listing, and that’s why we don’t have any reviews yet, we want real people leaving real reviews. So, be the first, won’t be disappointed. There are plenty of choices when it comes to seafood in the area, local Food Lion store and dining options range from casual to fine dining only 5 miles away in Mathew’s downtown and Town Center. Our family had a great time. Water from shoreline is shallow and you are able to walk out a considerable length depending on tide. Great for swimming and crabbing. The location is quiet and secluded yet within easy access to stores and restaurants. We had fun exploring Mathews and the surrounding area. The house is very comfortable and inviting. My husband had a great time crabbing and fishing along the shore. It was so relaxing to just sit and look out over the water or by a fire in the fire pit. Most importantly Tas was a wonderful host and was so very easy to communicate with.
