Everything went very smoothly and the condo is beautifully decorated and has all of the kitchen amenities that you could possibly want. The only thing we had trouble with was getting sound on the TV.... Wish we had had some instructions about that. And also the pull out sofa bed is a little bit wonky, and we had great difficulty trying to put it back in. Otherwise, I would totally recommend this condo and a stay at Mariner's Landing. Judy is a great host- informative, polite and timely. While the condo is on the first floor, the balcony is up one level that provides privacy and a nice elevated view of Craddock Creek, with Smith mtn as the backdrop.
