It has paved roads and central water system. Ideal for walkers and joggers. Lake location is supreme being near the mountain and the dam at the deepest, cleanest part of the lake. Two things I thought that could be a little better. Downstairs tv needs better ability to use different services such as Amazon prime or Hulu. The connection is not very good. This house was the perfect size for our family of 8\. It has been remodeled beautifully, and the kitchen is well-stocked. The location is amazing with mountain views right off of the dock and across from the dam where there is less boat traffic. The dock is a fantastic hangout spot and only a short stairway from the back door. The lakehouse rental company is very responsive and friendly, and Parkway Marina is right around the bend for boat rentals. We'll definitely be back for future family vacations! ##### Julie G.
