« If you like to control the temp in the house you can’t.The owner has a lock box on it and set at 75. First house I have VRBO that had that. Renters should be able to control the temp. Everybody’s comfort zone is different.First day had to get MX man to open box up and turn AC down. Came back from dinner and temp 80 in house. AC was not working. They got an HVAC person over to fix AC that evening.We had no other issues the rest of our stay.Toilet paper was on back of toilet. No toilet paper...

« The house was nice and well kept, had an amazing large fenced in yard. The kitchen had almost everything you need and a few startup supplies were even provided.Although the listing was marked as pet friendly, the smell was quite potent, and especially in the bedroom with carpet very overwhelming.The communication with the host was very good, check in super easy and the area was nice and quiet. »

« We had a good experience at this condo. It was very much as described on VRBO. Clean, convenient, fairly well equipped. Most of the experience was positive, but a couple of things need to be addressed. We didn't get check-in information until we were well on our way to Swansboro, and only after I asked for the information. « 1st, the water to the toilet as turned off. I thought this was strange. I understood why when early the next morning I discovered the floor around the toilet was wet! Also, I tried to lower the living room blinds and discovered several of the lats are broken. So there is no privacy! »
