Heaven on earth. The location is magical. We stayed in a casita. So nice. Lots of space. Great features. Service was impeccable. The one tiny thing that was unfortunate was: We stayed during the low season (Feburary 2020). They did some painting/staining in the dining room/kitchen area one afternoon. The next morning we went for breakfast and all the food; bread, fruit, cheese, etc, tasted like the paint/stain that we smelled the day before. It was very disappointing because it was our last day and we were so excited for the breakfast. That was the only negative. Overall the food was fantastic. The location has spectacular views of the Sacred Valley. The hotel is immaculately maintained with no stone left unturned. The resort lobby is beautiful decorated with cozy place to sit back and enjoy the magnificent views. The most memorable thing about this property is the staff. The are so welcoming and accommodating to ensure that your stay is a pleasant experience.
