This is a great property...... many Canadian people stay here..... They all come back year after year. Everything is right there.... Beach club on santa cruz Beach with a shuttle that we could never manage to catch.... we just took a cab for 35 pesos instead. Very fun place to stay. Would highly recommend.

Person at the counter was very curious. Went above and beyond in helping us. Gave us an upgrade in our room for no extra charge. Only complaint is there is no elevator. Everything else was great.

Hotel Villa Blanca was a great place to stay. Breakfast was excellent, as well as other dining. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and air-conditioner worked very well. The hotel is centrally located, near beaches, shopping and dining. The only improvement I would suggest is the WIFI was too weak to get an adequate signal in our room. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Clean, quiet, property that was centrally located. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Beach club was small but comfortable. Evening meals were good and had theme nights and entertainment a couple of nights a week.

Villa Blanca is our home away from home. During our travels in Oaxaca we have come back to villa blanca twice over three weeks. The staff is wonderful, the facilities are traditional Mexican style , the morning breakfast (included in our package) is excellent and the grounds and pool are well kept and comfortable. It feels like a home away from home, it’s very much like a family.. we will definitely return.

The rooms were very spacious and quiet at night. They had entertainment some nights near the pool. The hotel restaurant has great food too.

Great central location. Staff were great. Excellent breakfast offered, hot and fresh. We ate lunch and dinner here and food was always good. They could clean around the side of the pool a bit more, iguana poop on ground. Wifi is horrible I don’t think it would work well enough for someone to work. It was very hard to do online check in at the hotel.

Hugo ( the GM ) and his amazing staff helped us 1st timers above and beyond a level we've ever been treated at an American hotel. Enthusiastic hospitality to a fault. The poolside room with 2 queens was excellent. I don't want to talk them up too much, we want to keep this hidden gem to ourselves.
