I felt this property had good value for the nightly price. Price of drinks at the pool were atrocious but perhaps to keep the drink consumption down as it seems to be family orientated. The beach club down the street that is part of the hotel was nice and more reasonably priced for beverages. Service is always slower than one would like but expectation may be to high considering its just a different pace. Staff was good and considering I don't speak Spanish, they certainly try to understand what I think I am saying. But isn't that part of the reason we keep going back to Huatulco as its the most authentic place to be. We had trouble with the TV which took a couple requests but they did show up with a new one. The room was small with a king sized bed and the dresser was to large for the room making it crammed. Nice location to Bahai Santa Cruz beach, restaurant's, local market and other shopping. Overall average but no complaints, particularly when you remember that you are in one of the best parts of Mexico.

Pool was pretty dirty with lots of garbage , many kids screaming late hours We were there during slow season and it’s a lot of old people and not much going on Would maybe stay again during high season WiFi doesn’t work either

The prices of the rooms were quite expensive, we expected better quality in terms of facilities. There is no mention that there are two separate locations, and the beach club was closed when we arrived and the next day they opened it very late. We were very disappointed

Parking is scarce and the pools can be a little cleaner. Service was nice and the rooms were clean. Great location and great hotel for families.

I had read some of the reviews before hand and to be honest i was quite nervous!! But no need to be the staff were so friendly we had asked to move rooms due to our room being on the top floor (no elevator) they were very happy to move us to a lower floor. I think the only thing i would change would be to put fridges in the rooms.

Staff and management friendly and helpful. Very clean and love the location. Nice that it has its own beach resort as an option to the main hotel pools too! This is our second stay here and it has even improved over the past year

Really enjoyed my stay here. The property is a little dates and could use some upgrades, but clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The connected beach club is fantastic and included breakfast was very good. The location is great and walkable (or short taxi ride) to many great spots in Huatulco. Overall, a satisfying stay.

The property is dated, no elevator and everyone walks up to the floors in the high heat it is very rough. The front desk staff are rude and challenging. I was sold a package with breakfast buffet included and that was a lie. I was not offered that but instead of the menue very limited choices 4 to be exact. No lobby to hang out and cool off. No refrigerator in the rooms to keep cold beverages. Slow to response staff. No activities that could be done for entertainment. Good location only perk. No bar to hang out and yave a drink. Phones did not work. No TV channels for entertainment. Very old options for movies that came out 20 plus years ago. Very hard beds not a good comfortable sleep. Very cheap accommodations. You get what you pay for. 2 star rating. Location is ok close to beach walking distance. Best pay for a bicer hotel with better amenities.

Expedía had this property at a 3 1/2 star …it is definitely a 1. The facility is very runned down…nothing like the pictures. The rooms are sooo outdated and unwelcoming. No elevator access to the rooms …luggage has to be carried up multiple flights of stairs. The pools were murky and uninviting. The long walk to the beach area was not mentioned… I do not recommend this hotel. Many better properties down the road.

Hotel Marina and Resort is a very good place to stay when visiting Huatulco. The staff is friendly, the amenities were good. We only ate breakfast at the restaurant but it was good and reasonably priced. No issues, we would come back.

The staff is inconsiderate. I was charged for a full day for early check in and they wanted to charge me another day for cjecking out 1hr later. The room had no accommodations such as no iron,coffee maker, mini refrigerator. Please do not opt for breakfast included. The options are poor and Quesidilla,scramble egges, omelets with only ham and cheese,2 pancakes, coffee or tea.All breakfast is served with a small fruit bowl. The breakfast option is not worth the money paid. There are many eatery right outside the property with many better options for the same cost.

Nice small complex. No elevators here, we got our room in the 4th floor, so good workout going up and down:) Clean and helpful staff. Location is good at the bahia and bar, swimming pool facilities at the beach. Lots if tours and activities available in the area. Very eco friendly!

It’s a very odd resort, they only provide one key card. We lost our key card and the male staff at the time asked to pay $350 pesos he stated if we had cash it will be $100 pesos which he pocketed in front of us. In regards to the cleaning portion I asked the cleaning lady to come back in 30 min she didn’t want to wait and went in as my daughter was in the shower and the bathroom wasn’t clean only did the beds and left. There’s really no room service or small refrigerator in the rooms.

It is a nice and comfortable hotel specially if attending the Huatulco Triathlon. Unfortunately Beach Club was closed the day of arrival, used it the next day and it was a very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and hotel people are very kind.
