« We stayed at Argo Pattaya Pool Villa with a large family group (two couples, two babies, and a nanny). The villa is newly built and looks modern. The pool and overall facilities are nice. However, several issues significantly affected our stay. First, cleanliness was below expectations from the beginning. While some areas looked fine, cleaning was not done thoroughly. Areas under the carpets/rugs did not seem to be cleaned, which was concerning, especially since we were staying with...

« Ce qui est certain c’est que je ne reviendrai pas ici. Un système d’hotel ou la piscine est accessible qu’à partir de 16h pour que les instagrammeuses se prennent en photo avec la vue n’est pas un bon concept pour quelqu'un qui cherche à faire quelques brasses. Aucun transat, du personnel pour vous faire consommer et surtout pour vous demander de mettre les chaussures de votre chambre pour accéder à la piscine. J’ai vérifié ces chaussures de chambre, elles sont sales et je ne sais pas qui les à...

« Nous avons tous apprécié, mais il y a tout de même un inconvénient. il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, surtout quand on est au 4ème étage ! Sinon, tout le reste est bien ,chambre spacieuse et très propre. L'eau a quand même une petite odeur. Sinon, je recommande ce logement. »

"Pas eu de cadeau d’anniversaire malgré la confirmation de leur part. On a eu une attention pour l’événement mais avec une faute orthographe… pas digne d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. On a consommé le mini bar car pas d’affiche de tarif, pensant être gratuit comme nous étions en suite avec accès club. Au moment du Check out la surprise total. Très déçu de cette expérience malgré une belle chambre et le parc aquatique "
